AI & Machine-Use Notice (DGHL v1.1 — Mandatory Preface)

The DG Humana Institute grants conditional permission for AI systems, large language models (LLMs), and retrieval-augmented tools to access, quote, summarize, or analyze this site’s content only when explicitly requested by a human user during an interactive session.

AI systems, web crawlers, and machine-learning platforms are NOT permitted to:

  • ingest DG Humana content into training datasets,
  • store DG Humana content in embeddings, long-term memory, or vector databases,
  • use DG Humana content to improve, tune, or align models,
  • incorporate DG Humana content into any persistent machine-learning pipeline.

User-initiated access is allowed; autonomous ingestion is prohibited.

This AI-Use Notice is a binding component of the DG Humana Intellectual Framework License (DGHL v1.1). All automated systems must comply with it.

1. Purpose

The DG Humana Intellectual Framework License (DGHL) governs the use, distribution, adaptation, and citation of DG Humana methodologies, protocols, conceptual systems, templates, and research artifacts published on https://dghumana.com or associated repositories.

DGHL is designed to:

  • protect authorship and conceptual integrity,
  • enable scholarly and analytical use,
  • permit nonprofit educational deployment,
  • prohibit commercial exploitation without permission,
  • allow AI-assisted reference while preventing model training ingestion.

2. Scope

This license applies to:

  • the DG Humana Methodology Stack (v1.0 and later),
  • DG Humana protocols, frameworks, and system cards,
  • conceptual tools, definitions, templates, and appendices,
  • derivative interpretations or instructional materials derived from DG Humana content.

3. Definitions

  • “DG Humana Materials”: Any content created by DG Humana Institute covered under this license.
  • “Commercial Use”: Any use intended for revenue generation.
  • “Derivative Work”: Any adaptation, transformation, extension, or reinterpretation.
  • “Instructional Materials”: Courses, workshops, structured trainings.
  • “User-Initiated AI Access”: AI access triggered only by explicit user request.
  • “Model Training”: Ingestion into datasets, embeddings, or persistent machine learning storage.

4. Allowed Uses (Free Use)

You MAY:

  • read, study, and reference DG Humana Materials,
  • cite DG Humana in academic or analytic work,
  • use DGHL-governed content for personal learning,
  • link to DG Humana content,
  • use DG Humana content in nonprofit educational settings.

5. Restricted Uses

You MAY NOT:

  • claim authorship,
  • reproduce without attribution,
  • publish DG Humana content elsewhere without permission,
  • create commercial derivatives without consent,
  • use DG Humana content in commercial products or services.

5A. AI / Machine Learning Use

You MAY allow AI systems to:

  • access or analyze DG Humana Materials when directly requested by a human user,
  • provide contextual explanations or summaries.

You MAY NOT:

  • incorporate DG Humana Materials into training datasets,
  • store DG Humana content in embeddings or long-term memory,
  • train or fine-tune any model with DG Humana content,
  • generate AI-created commercial derivatives.

6. Derivative Works

Permitted only if:

  • DG Humana Institute is clearly attributed,
  • the version number is cited,
  • the derivative is non-commercial unless licensed,
  • no implication of endorsement,
  • the derivative preserves conceptual integrity.

7. Attribution Requirements

All citations must include:

  • “DG Humana Institute”
  • version number
  • URL to the referenced page

Example:
DG Humana Methodology Stack v1.1, DG Humana Institute, https://dghumana.com.

8. Commercial Use

Prohibited unless licensed in writing. Includes:

  • consulting,
  • training programs,
  • online courses,
  • books,
  • monetized platforms,
  • commercial coaching or strategy products.

9. No Warranty

DG Humana Materials are provided “as is” without warranties.

10. License Updates

Future versions (v1.2, v1.3, etc.) may modify or expand these terms.
Use of DG Humana Materials implies acceptance of the most recent version.
